Stretching & Meditation

A relaxed physical state is key for deep meditation. In this class, we start off with a 25 minute deep stretching flow to release  tension and optimize energy circulation through your meridian channels. After, you will be guided through our Signature 3-Step Meditation Flow.

Self Healing  Meditation

Activate your body’s natural healing response through gentle meridian stretching, rhythmic tapping, and guided meditation. This class helps calm your nervous system, stimulate the vagus nerve, and boost immunity — leaving you balanced, restored, and deeply renewed.

Qi-gong & Meditation

Awaken your energy body, or “Chi,” through the ancient practice of Qigong. This class combines gentle, easy-to-follow movements that improve balance, build strength, and enhance energy flow — followed by a calming breathwork meditation to recharge your mind and body.

Vibration & Meditation

In this class, we explore somatic movement to awaken the body and energy. Through tapping, shaking, and twisting, you’ll stimulate the internal organs, release toxins, and open energetic blockages—leaving you feeling lighter and deeply recharged. We close the session in stillness, allowing space for quiet reflection and inner peace.

Sensitize yourself to the energy existing within and around you.

Quantum physics has long ago proven that the entirety of our universe is connected and what appears to our eyes as solid matteractually  exists as waves and vibrations. 99.99% of what we see with our physical eyes is an illusion; with this extremly limited sense of perception we fail to truly understand life and one another. Jigam Meditation is an ancient practice for increasing the extra sensory perceptions, your brains inate ability to sense and perceive beyond the physical material 5 sesnes. This is most commonly known as intuition. Anybody can awaken the part of the brain which governs intuitive function, developing a hightened level of consiousness, connection with the divine, and acess into the spiritual realms. Jigam meditation i staught in class, by feeling energy in the palms, and then expanding that awareness to ultimatley feel your entire aura wrapped around your body. It is a very easy and acheivable task for any level of practicioner. Don't beleive us? Just check out our instagram and tiktok where we have taught Jigam to litteral strangers on the street!

Manage your life by managing your breath.

Oxygen is the foundation of life. Every single cell in your body and all biological functions are contingent on oxygenation. How well you breathe directly affects your health, brain function and nervous system. Thus, the rythm of your breath is the bridge between body and spirit. Proper breathing creates a peaceful mind and a healthy body. While Joshik encompasses a variety of breathwork, our classes primary offer guided slow paced abdomenal breathing  for recharging and guided faster paced breathing for activation.

Disconnect from external stimulation and steady your focus within your center.

We live in a time where our 5 senses are  bombarded with stimulation more than ever before. With such a lifestyle, we inevitably become attuned more to our external enviroment than our internal.  This lack of self-awareness leads to great instability.  In Korean Taoist traditions, Geumchok was practiced by cloistering onesself in a cave and meditating continuosly for days, truly focusing the mind one place. At Sedona Meditation Center we utilize the principle of Geumchok by guiding practicioners to focus on the internal feeling of their body rather than external appearance or performance. In class you will experience rythmic and repetative exercises, such tapping and  bouncing. These simple movements soothe our nervous system and allow your mind to let go of the outside world, settling into the feeling of the body here and now.
